Shenley's Oyster Bar is located very near Trinity Plaza to the north. There's two chained doors, but if you keep circling around you'll find an entrance. There's a couple mines in front, so be careful. I encountered a legendary raider and a few standard raiders here. Nothing too serious, but the standard raiders were scavvers and wasters, so they can hurt if you let them hit you too much. The location is basically divided into three areas. An outside area, the inside (which is very small), and the roof. There's nothing out of the ordinary to loot here, but if the completionist in you compels you to check it out (like it did for me), then you'll probably want to clear it anyway.
