This location only has one real inhabitant. It's a mirelurk queen though, so be careful. I went into sneak mode and gave her two gauss rifle crits to the face. There's no reason not to use sneak attacks on the queen. She's in the wide open and it's easy to do. You'll also find a door sitting by itself around some pillars sticking out of the ground. If you open the door there's a concreate wall behind and writing that says "You look nice today". You're then attacked by an annihilator sentry bot. It's pretty funny so I included it in the video. I'd recommend a shotgun or gauss rifle for the sentry bot. Aim for it's missile luancher first and then take it out quickly with center mass shots. Murkwater Construction Site can be used as a settlement, but there's not much else here of note.
