The Cambridge Crater is fairly small, but highly radioactive. It also contained a legendary glowing one for me, so be careful. Luckily I had a crit ready for use. Things could've been much worse otherwise. There was also a feral ghoul roamer. Remember to wait until they mutate to use your crit unless you believe you can kill them in one shot. I'd recommend using the shotgun combined with a crit for the glowing one if you encounter it as well.
