This destroyed clothing shop is home to quite a few raiders both inside and directly outside of the store. They don't really swarm you thankfully, so it's pretty easy to take them out one by one. I'd suggest using a combination of the combat shotgun and combat rifle here. The combat shotgun for the closer encounters obviously.
Most of the raiders are scavvers and pyschos which shouldn't be too difficult at this point in the game. The named raider Clutch also resides here, but he blows up quickly. Just go into VATS and aim a few shotgun blasts to his head. He won't last long. Make sure to get your issue of Grognak the Barbarian upstairs before you leave.
