I'm pretty sure that Med-Tek Research is involved in a quest later on. There's an airlock that I couldn't figure out how to open, and all of the computers are locked due to a containment leak. There were a bunch of ghouls here when I visited, but there were areas I couldn't reach so I'm not sure what could be here later when doing the quest (assuming I can even do the quest on this playthrough). In any case, there's nothing special I could find to loot here, and the ghouls were easily killed. A combat shotgun is my go to weapon for ghouls as always. If I get a quest for this location later I'll post it as well.
