The only reason I included this video is because it's a map marker. This location is very small and only has a few raiders inside and one dog outside. There's not any special loot either. That being said, if the completionist in you wants to see everything just like mine does you'll want to visit this site. The combat is incredibly easy and at least there's a safe with some decent loot.
