Lots and lots of raiders. It's not an overly difficulty location, but you may get attacked by 3 to 4 raiders at once at times. Especially outside of the building while you're making your way in. Be smart about it and take them out from a distance. Unless you're melee of course, and then get close and take them out quickly like usual. Inside the building you can either take the elevator to the top and work your way down or take the stairs up. Either way, there'll be a lot of raiders to kill along the way. There's not much anything special to loot here unfortunately, but there's plenty of ammo and junk so it's still worth the effort.
