This house is full of ghouls. Some of them poison and it hurts a lot, so be careful. Watch out for the putrid glowing ones as well. I'd suggest the combat shot gun for taking care of the ghouls. You'll find the corpse of a ghoul who isn't feral in the basement and the story of how he wanted to turn the ferals into socialites but never succeeded over the centuries.
