Hubris Comics is infested with ghouls. Lots and lots of ghouls. There's one glowing one (that was just a regular glowing one for me) and a bunch of roamers and the like. Overall, it wasn't a very difficult location for me to get through, but I went through a lot of shotgun shells doing it. There are A LOT of ghouls here, so make sure you're prepared. I highly recommend the shotgun for the close proximity very high damage yield. Make sure you end the legendaries you encounter quickly.
There are two magazines here. One is an Unstoppables magazine, and the other is an Astoundingly Awesome Tales magazine. Make sure you grab them before leaving this location. There's also Grognak's costume and axe as well as four different items for the Silver Shroud. You'll want to grab them as well if you're a collector. The Silver Shroud items might also be important for the Silver Shroud quest later (since they're apparently quest items and I have a Silver Shroud quest). So make sure to grab all of them as well.
