This fight was the most difficult up to this point in the game. The enemies hurt considerably when you're underleveled, and they take a lot of hits to go down. Daggers seemed to be the only effective weapon I tried, though a two handed sword would likely work well against the two larger enemies. I would kill the smaller ones first with daggers, and then focus on the larger ones. Stay away from them until you're ready to kill them. Warping around helps a lot here. Be careful to evade the larger enemies when they attack as well. They can quickly bring you down to almost no health.
