Previously we had archived the awesome Dead or Alive 3 for the original Xbox and today we are archiving the sequel Dead or Alive 4 which is an Xbox 360 exclusive. I have always been a fan of the DOA series ever since the second game on the PlayStation 2. I love the fluid fighting, the multi stages and yes, I also love the eye candy.
Dead or Alive 4 offered a bigger roster of characters and plenty of things to unlock like additional fighters and costumes. The story mode was the same as it was before, but this time around there was a bit more focus on humor compared to the previous games.
Not all the humorous bits hit their mark in my opinion, but it is still an absolute joy to play and the counter system works like a charm. It really makes me excited to play and archived Dead or Alive 5 and 6 in the future as well!
