This week we will finally get to see where the third chapter in the Amanda The Adventurer series will take us. And before that I wanted to get everyone ready as I rearchive the second chapter in glorious 4K.
Amanda the Adventurer 2 was really a huge step up for the franchise as so many new things were introduced and the overal scope was so much larger. Instead of a tiny attic, we now have a giant library to explore and many puzzles to solve. The puzzles themselves are done in a very clever way that remind me of oldschool adventure games where you really have to take note of little hints in the background or carefully listen to what characters are saying.
It really showcases that Amanda can be a long running series with so much cool things to offer and also is a great game for those who do enjoy adventure or puzzle games, but are not that into the common mascot horror tropes. Amanda really is her own style of game within the mascot horror genre and I cannot wait to see where the next chapter will bring us next!
