On Aug. 15, 2023, KULT News visited Circleville, OH, home of “The Greatest Free Show On Earth,” the great Annual Circleville Pumpkin Festival.
We aimed our cameras at some local businesses and saw a stark difference between the behavior of a small business owner and those of a business where the actual “owner” is a large corporation.
Watch Circleville Police Officer Ryan Mays attempt to placate everyone while pleasing no one. This is one cop who seems to think that exercising our right to a free press is “very, very weird” and “unfortunate.”
