Just three months into KULT News' 25 year adventure zig zagging all over America exercising our First Amendment right to a free press, we had a cop in Ohio prophecy a million views for his response to a KULT News reporter taking photos outside of a bank.
Well, two years and nine months later, that prediction is about to come true. Our audit of Reynoldsburg, OH will soon be our first episode to be seen over a million times so we thought we would revisit one of our most popular videos ever.

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
