KULT News paid a visit to Canton, Ohio, home of the NFL Hall of Fame on Aug. 30, 2023. This was barely two months into our auditing adventure that’s been going on for over a year now.

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
