KULT News audited in Bay Village, OH the day before Thanksgiving and found some wildly ignorant public servants. Of course, they called rhe cops on us but the question is, would the cops be just as ignorant?

Laws may vary but, generally speaking, in the United States, if you are in public you are legally able to photograph whatever you can see. Simply put, your eyes can’t be trespassed. Obviously there are some restrictions on this (i.e., bathrooms, dressing rooms, most courtrooms, locker rooms, etc.) but very few when you are in public. If you can see it, you can shoot it (this rule only applies to cameras.) This is not legal advice.
