• His & Hers: Martin Mull and Stephanie Faracy are two married marriage counselors, but they don't always practice what they preach. An unfortunate misstep from Gary David Golberg's Ubu Productions, it lasted 13 episodes.
• The Marshall Chronicles: Joshua Riven is Marshall, a dweeb who is sort of a young Woody Allen. When he's not talking to the audience, he pines for red-haired Melissa Sandler (Nile Lanning). One critic called it 'unusual and creative', but ABC only aired six of its seven episodes.
