Years before 'Third Watch' 'H.E.L.P.' (1990) dramatized the combined operations of all three New York City emergency services. Some pretty good names in the cast, and production values were top notch. But only a half-dozen episodes were produced. First-rate theming by one of the greats: Jerry Goldsmith.
