CBS turned down 'Rachel Gunn' saying it was more like a Fox series...and sure enough, Fox picked it up in 1992. It started on Sunday nights, then got shifted to the Friday night graveyard until the plug was pulled altogether leaving three episodes unaired. The theme song is 'Workin' for a Livin'' by Huey Lewis and the News, performed by the show's star Christine Ebersole.
