One of the lesser-known shows from Jack Webb's Mark VII Productions, this 1959 half-hour drama focused on the mononymous 'Shannon', an investigator working for the D.A.. He doesn't carry a gun or any identification, plus he's unknown to the police. Based on the true-life experiences of Harold Danforth, NYC special investigator, who served as the show's technical advisor. A mid-season replacement, 'D.A.'s Man' ran for 26 episodes. Theme music by Frank Comstock ('Adam-12').
