Can CRISPR be used in cellular reprogramming? Yes.
In this video we’ll take a look at a recent paper that shows CRISPR activation (CRISPRa) enables high fidelity reprogramming into human pluripotent stem cells. Given that there are many advantages to using CRISPRa such as expressing endogenous genes and multiplexing, could this be a superior approach to other methods being examined?
