This is a "Rack Scrape Curl" done without any rack scraping... because I've got two fat grip handles set on the bar where it contacts the rack to protect it (the blue things on the ends of the bar).
You can also do this EXACT same exercise on the Smith machine. I don't have one in my basement, so I came up with this to mimic it.

It ALMOST turns the rack into a Smith machine by stabilizing the bar in one plane.
Obviously, that's only part of the stabilization that the Smith machine does but even this amount opens up a whole slew of possibilities.
