What do you really need to making baking easier??? Well, I try to keep things minimal. I really don't like being cramped in my kitchen. So when I moved into a larger space I still took a lot of consideration into what to buy and not buy. I could have easily splurged on things that were fun or made things easier but I didn't want to clutter things too much and if I had to bring everything home, I didn't want too much stuff, which is exactly what happened! So I'm glad I didn't go too crazy with extras!
