Beef Braciole is a company worthy Italian dish that is perfect for Sunday. See full recipe in the description below the video.
Braciole Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup Pecorino Romano
2 minced cloves of garlic
dash of salt and pepper
1/4 to 1/3 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup water
Use these ingredients to make a paste to roll inside your beef.

More Braciole Ingredients:
Thin sliced provolone or mozzarella
Thin sliced Genoa Salami
Thin slices of beef
I used .84 pounds of the Sabana De Res Beef or half of that package as it was 1.67 pounds of the sliced beef.

I cut the long strips of beef in half crosswise.
Then add one Tablespoon of your bread crumb mixture to your beef with half a slice of provolone and one slice of salami.

Sauce Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 pound of sliced mushrooms
3 Tablespoons chopped onion
3 sliced garlic cloves
2 cups any dry red wine
2 cups fully salted beef broth
1 can of tomato puree 28 ounces
2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning

Cook your mushrooms in your pot with the olive oil, garlic and onion until mushrooms are browned.
Add two cups dry red wine and cook until mostly gone.
Add your 28 ounce can of tomatoes and the Italian Seasoning and bring up to a slow simmer.
Then add your braciola.
I cooked for one hour and recommend only 30 minutes.
Why? Because the braciola were overcooked and lost all of their provolone into the sauce. The braciole were tender yet mealy and over cooked, I apologize.
After 30 minutes, remove the braciola and allow to cool so you can remove the strings.
Cook your pasta at this time.
I used rigatoni pasta. Eight ounces of pasta is enough unless you make a double recipe. You could make a double recipe as I only used half of the beef in that package.
When you pasta is almost done, drop in your stringless braciole to warm back up.
Drain pasta and serve.
