This Peanut Butter Pie recipe is rich and creamy, much like cheesecake. See full recipe in the description below.
Ingredients:
1 cups/300 milliliters heavy cream
1 and cups/405 grams peanut butter
1 8-ounce/226 grams cream cheese, at room temperature
cup/133 grams light brown sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt

Whip your cream to make whipped cream, then put into the refrigerator.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a different bowl.
Now mix most of the whipped cream into your bowl of peanut butter mixture.
Then mix in the rest of the whipped cream.
Pour into your chocolate pie crust and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Top your pie with Cool Whip or additional whipped cream.
Dust with unsweetened cocoa powder.

If you want to make your own crust:
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
Mix the ingredients in a bowl, then add 6 Tablespoons melted butter.
Mix again, then press into your pie plate
Bake @ 350F for 10 to 12 minutes.
Allow crust to cool.
