Bacon Wrapped Los Angeles Hot Dogs are awesome! So so good and medium spicy. See recipe below in description.
Ingredients:
4 Serrano Chilies
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Yellow Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Leek
1/2 thick sliced onion.
Olive Oil for brushing the peppers/onions
Beef Hot Dogs
Slices of bacon
Steamed Hot Dog Buns or Toasted Hot Dog Buns
Ketchup
Mustard
Mayonnaise
Sour Cream
Fresh chopped tomatoes

This makes enough for 12 Hot Dogs.

Wash your chilies, peppers and onions.
Chop them into large pieces.
I left the Serranos whole and used the seeds and all in the recipe.
Paint the peppers, chilies, and onions with oil to enhance them browning and blistering of their skins.
Broil for 8 minutes or so.
I did turn my pan (in the oven) after 5 minutes and turned the sliced onions over.

Allow to cool, then chop all your vegetables.
I did not salt anything as the hot dogs have plenty of salt.
But you can salt them if you wish.
Set aside, this just needs to be room temperature.

Chop your tomatoes, as you cook your bacon wrapped beef hot dogs in a pan or on the outside grill.
You could also grill your peppers instead of using the oven.

Put your hot dogs together and you are done!
With the bun and the hot dogs, the medium spicy peppers are not all hat spicy.
I used Oscar Mayer Beef Hot Dogs.
Enjoy and I hope you make this!
