Continuing from Specificity Part 4 where I discussed specificity in the weight room, I am finally powering through to finish this nonsense by looking at the role of weight room specificity for:

* Non-weight room sports
* Strongman (briefly)
* Olympic lifting
* Powerlifting

And while I really wanted to finish this damn topic this week, I couldn't do it.
Next week, Specificity for Hypertrophy/Bodybuilding.

And I'll be moving Internet fitness drama BS to it's own series.
