Surprising it took this long for Lyn to get her video considering she's a lot of everyone's first introduction to the Fire Emblem franchise (FE7 was my first game as well), but here she is! Lyn's build is based on Engage like all of the other units that have an Engage Ring. Because of that, her build is very much a Glass Cannon. More emphasis on the Glass in this regard since her offense just looking at her stats doesn't show much there. However, because she has Astra and Adept from her translations from Engage and because of how I calculate Mag for games that don't have Mag as a stat (70 - Str% giving her 30% Mag growth), her offense doesn't look that bad anymore, does it? Especially because she has arguably the best weapon type in the game, Bows, and a personal bow that gives her an extra 10 Avoid. She can also proc Astra from range since that was the whole build in Engage with her Astra Storm being able to attack from far distances. This makes her incredibly scary from range even though she doesn't have access to 3 range like the Marksmen in the series. The main way to defeat Lyn is to have enough accuracy to get through her crazy avoid (217 avoid, 227 with her personal weapon, Mulagir, equipped) and enough Defenses to survive against her Adept/Astra procs. And because units with that type of build are few and far between, you basically just have to pray you can land one of your below 40% hits against her and hope you proc your mastery on it as well. Not much else to say about Lyn, her build is quite straightforward, but incredibly powerful. Oh and also, because Tellius doesn't have any female Marksmen, I just had to go with Shinon for her Bow model. But he looks surprisingly like her with the ponytail he has, so it all worked out I guess!

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.
For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
