Lucia is kind of laid out like a mixed attacker in this series be cause of her middling Str stat, also being the worst of the 5 Trueblades in the series. But because of this, she uses the Tempest Blade to her advantage the most, especially because she has rock-solid hit rates. She does also have to deal with the fact that she can't initiate as often as she would like, just having slightly above average Lck here. However, she does have a good avoid stat, so some of the fights that she has, she can leverage her evasion to survive the encounter and get some good damage on her counterattack to then finish them off on her turn. And because she has Parity at her disposal, for the times when she initiates and can safely two-shot units or for finishing off units without having to deal with mastery skills or skills like Vantage or Miracle, she can use it for a bigger safety net compared to a lot of other units who have to risk those things in certain situations. With her good Res and Spd, she ends up as a pretty good mage killer as well.
