Edward is the most Str focused Trueblade out of the ones from RD and ends up as a pretty solid unit. His Skl is really high, which gives him plenty of opportunities to proc Astra and Crits. And speaking of crits, because of his high HP, the threshold for him to get into Wrath range is quite big at around 28 HP. Wrath wouldn't be good on a normal Trueblade since their Str is kind of low on average, but as mentioned with Eddie, he uses it pretty well with his 60 Str. His defenses aren't the best for him, but the HP that he has helps him survive against most of the mages' Flares and Coronas and is helps against just regular attacks coming in from other units. His Prf weapon, Caladbolg, is also quite solid for him because it now gives +12 Lck for him. This not only helps him avoid attacks and the higher chance of crits now in the series, but it also ends up as the highest accuracy sword in base ASF, which just helps him to confirm kills on his end. And while it doesn't affect his initiation since it is based on the base Lck that units have, his initiation rate is pretty decent at the end of the day, which helps him leverage his good Astra/Crit damage.
