Sigurd ends up getting a lot more in his kit from the last time now that I'm translating everything that he has from Engage. Most notably, he gains a lot of Lck, something that he didn't have before. This helps him for two reasons now: 1. For getting good initiation and 2. for getting a better proc rate on Miracle when he is equipped with Tyrfing (he doesn't have access to Miracle with all the weapons anymore, just to make it consistent with all of the other weapons that have skills attached to them for this series). The reason why he ended up getting so much Lck from Engage is because of all of the movement options that he has as a Ring. Since initiation is tied to Lck in this series, being able to move a lot in your build should equal more initiation. He also got quite a bit faster as well, which really helps him in getting follow-up attacks with his personal weapon, Tyrfing, since that gives a flat +10 Spd when equipped. And because he has such high Str, he often just needs two hits to defeat the opposition. Another thing that helps in that regard is Adept from his Engage skill, Canter, which is pretty much what I translated Celerity to in this series since it's a pretty good movement option. So, if he's missing out on the two-shot with just his regular attacks, he can potentially get two more with Adept, furthering his chances to one-round his opponents. He doesn't really have any issues with hitting either, thanks to all of the Lck bonuses that he got in addition to his near 70 Skl. And even though the accuracy of Tyrfing is 80%, the fact that it gives an extra 10 Skl when equipped makes it have 100% accuracy, very close to the SS rank weapons' accuracy in this series. There's really not too much of a weakness for Sigurd except for a stray mastery that hits through his Miracle procs.

Corrin has an interesting build with three different forms for them: Sword, Mage, and Dragon. This makes them very versatile against the units in the series, as they can swap to physical/magic damage if the unit they are facing is bulky in either direction. The biggest thing about them though, is the Dreadful Aura/Torrential Roar combo that they have. Torrential Roar is a personal attack that isnt too powerful, cannot double, and cannot crit, but is very accurate. And Dreadful Aura against the unit that is hit by Torrential Roar makes them stuck in place for a turn (meaning they are stuck at 2 range for their initiation turn). This gives Corrin sneakily a lot of bulk since they can avoid most masteries against them, as most of the ones in RD are locked to 1 range other than the magic ones. And also, because units can only use ranged weapons on their turn, it completely shuts down non-Dragon Laguz units for a turn, as they dont have access to 2 range attacks besides the magic cards. Getting to the separate builds for Corrin, each one gets a different bonus based on the build that they have from Dragon Vein. However, for Dragon, they get all of the bonuses from Dragon Vein, as in the last series, I hardly used the Dragon build and wanted to make it more significant than just taking just the Backup and Mystical bonuses. You can take a look at all of the bonuses from Dragon Vein below the weapons section (one thing to note is that the Dragon form gets access to Parity, something the other builds do not and that the Dragonstone correctly deals magical damage, something that wasnt the case in the old series). Overall, the Dragon build is the most tanky compared to the other two, but the Dragonstone is stuck at 1 range, the Sword build is a little in between in terms of bulk, and the Magic build is their main way to hit on the magic side. The rest of their skills are mostly stat boosts, but they do get Renewal and Disarm from Quality Time and Pair Up, which just further improves their bulk.

The way that this video works is pretty straightforward, the emblem versions of Ike and Micaiah will go head to head in fighting against all of the RD units in the series to see who has the better record at the end! Once each of them has fought against all 79 units in the series, they will fight directly against each other in a best of five match at the end of the video. The unit that has the better record will get to decide the turn order for the first fight of the match (If there is a tie, then the unit who is faster initiates first). Afterwards, it goes back to the regular tournament rules, where the unit who lost the previous fight gets to decide turn order. Also, just a side-note: Sorry for no timestamps, since there are two units doing their showcase at the same time, it got wayy to long. I just put them in the comments if you want to see a specific matchup!
Now that you have an overview on how the video will work, lets get into each of their builds!

Aether
Wrath (Wrath)
Resolve (Resolve)
For Ike, he gets the favorite combo from PoR, Wrath/Resolve which makes him terrifying to fight against since, when he gets below half health, its pretty much over for you. And if you get him to less than 30% HP, its definitely over. Oh, and of course he still has Aether. Because I wanted some units to have a chance, I removed Nihil from him because it would actually make him unkillable with his HP stat and the improved defenses that we havent even gone over yet! So, getting to those aforementioned improved defenses, he gets 7 HP/Str and a whopping 10 extra Def from his equip bonus and the Def+ Skills in the ring. Furthermore, he also gets +3 Def/Res from Laguz Friend which buff him even further. Most of the Trueblades (if not all) dont stand a chance against him because their masteries will just put him into Resolve range and even their crits just dont do enough burst damage. A very imposing build that a lot of units actually cant win against no matter what.

Range +1 (Augment)
Renewal (Healing Light)
Onto Micaiah! Micaiahs build in Engage was definitely not as one-to-one as Ikes since she is more of a support Ring in engage, which makes translating her skills to offensive skills/stat buffs difficult. To start with, she obviously still has Miracle and Corona since those are her skills in RD. She gets Renewal and +6 HP from Healing Light as that was the best I could do to translate it over. Renewal isnt too important for her since she dies in one to two hits more often than not and could actually be detrimental to her fights against Marksmans because shed rather dodge if she gets Deadeyed so she can get out of the loop. She did get the equipped stat bonuses from her Engage ring, but the Lck bonus that she got was instead put into her Skl stat because I didnt want her Miracle proc to get over 80%. Speaking of her stat bonuses, because of them, she now has over 90 Res which is completely overkill lol. Cleric was an interesting skill that I didnt know what to do with. So, we decided that she should get a stat boost based on the bonus that the staves give in RD. So, I gave her the max bonus that she could get out of all the staves which was the 5 Def from Matrona/Ashera Staff and 5 Spd from Rescue. But perhaps the most important thing that she got from Engage, was Augment, which was also an interesting thing to translate since it had to do with staves range. I ended up giving her +1 Range to her attacks similar to how the Marksmans work in RD (She didnt end up getting the -30 hit from it though). This change makes her very difficult to deal with since she can attack from a safe distance and avoid having to proc Miracle as often.
And just one final thank you to everyone who has subscribed and supported the channel for the past couple of years. I really do appreciate you guys and I am really proud of what Ive created here! :]
