The best unit in Radiant Dawn gets his go through the series. However, Haar unfortunately falls from grace in this format because of how his stats are laid out. His HP and Res and terribly low and pairing that with his terrible speed as well, the mages eat him for breakfast, often before he can even get a chance to counter. His other stats however are very strong for dealing with the physical units in the series. Over 70 Str and within the 60s for both Skl and Def makes him terrifying for the physical units that don't one-round him with their mastery skill. Since most physical units can't really do the raw damage to take him out with his 67 Def, they really have to rely one one of two things: Their mastery skill or the magic weapons that are in the series. The problem with the latter is that the units that have skills that aren't a complete one-shot (Skills like Astra, Sol, Impale, etc.) are forced to use these weapons since the Brave weapons don't deal enough damage. This means they don't get their two free chances to proc their mastery skill against Haar and are instead forced to try and get it with just the singular magic weapon attack before he can counter. If they don't, they are in a world of hurt on the counter attack when he goes in with the Wishblade/Brave weapons. And that is just for the units that have a decent magic stat. With great Skl and decent Lck, his hit rates are rock solid and the former gives him a very good chance to proc Stun, which just so happens to be at its best when being initiated upon. However, the big obstacle that Haar needs to get through to do well is to survive the first round which is more easily said than done. If he can do that, he's got a very good shot to finish the job on his turn.
Also just a quick note: Titania, could've won with Bolt Axe equipped, I forgot to check that possibility and it was too late to change it :P

The unit with the higher base speed will initiate first. (If unit has Shade or Stillness they will always choose who goes first). If both units have the same speed, the unit whose video it is will go first.
For weapons, the unit who is faster chooses the weapon they want the unit they are attacking gets to choose a weapon to counter them with. The unit who attacks first, goes through all the possible weapon combinations and picks whatever situation would give them the best chance at victory. After the initial turn, the only time a unit can change their weapon is on their turn.
