Marcia is another one of the units that doesn't have any personal skills in her kit, which kinda makes her a little boring. She's also one of the units that doesn't get to initiate as often as they did in the previous series due to their Lck being at a lower tier than their speed. However, for Marcia, this kind of works in her favor a little bit even if she gets hit by the one-shot masteries more often. Because she doesn't have a good Str stat, her mastery skill, Stun, isn't a reliable kill move since it is basically just a crit with a stun secondary effect. This basically lets her get some damage in on her enemy when she is attacked before she gets her turn. And if they attack up close and she procs Stun, she has free rein on the next turn since the enemy can only recover from Stun on their turn. So, with that, and the fact that she got a decent Str upgrade compared to the last series, she's definitely better than she was last time. But at the end of the day, she can't do much damage, so there isn't too much room for improvement.
