This was the monthly test of the tornado sirens in Trumbull County, Ohio. The county has roughly 90 tornado sirens located throughout its municipalities. This siren is one of 23 or so "Tier 1" EMA grant sirens that are controlled by Trumbull County's 911 center, consisting of ASC T-128s installed around 2005 or so, along with a few of Vienna's newer ASC units. Tests of the system are normally conducted on the First Saturday of each month at noon, weather-permitting.
This T-128 is located at the end of Braun Dr. by Currie Elementary School in Fowler Township.
This was personally one of, if not the loudest T-128 I have ever been to. This siren vibrated the ground when it faced towards us during the test and you can see the fiberglass on the doghouse rippling throughout the test.
