Dropped my audio recorder here at this SRN in Lebanon on my way to the Thunderbolt in Warren County. I was originally going to place the recorder at Harveysburg's 1003, but since it failed on me in February, I assumed it would fail again; so I placed the recorder here. Not surprisingly, it worked. It wasn't all of a disappointment though; this recording allowed me to finally know what Lebanon does for testing (they are independent of Warren County).
Unfortunately, Lebanon only tests for one minute of alert, as opposed to the rest of Warren County, which tests for three minutes of alert. Nevertheless, it was a nice healthy sounding SRN. This one is located at the electrical substation off of Monroe Rd.
Warren County tests sirens on the First Wednesday of every month at noon, weather-permitting. The cities of Lebanon and Franklin control their sirens separate of Warren County; the sirens in those cities each sound for about one minute; the county system runs for 3 minutes. Enjoy!
