Hello everyone once again! In today's car commercial, or shall I say truck commercial of the past, we have a 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 truck featured. In this commercial, the safety features of the 1994 Ram 1500 is featured. Lets get into specifications about the truck, shall we?
The base engine for the 1994 Dodge Ram was a 3.9 Liter, 6 Cylinder Engine that produced 175 Horsepower, at 4800 RPM with 230 LB-FT of Torque at 3200 RPM. 2 other engines were offered as options; a 5.2 Liter, 8 Cylinder engine that produced 230 Horsepower at 4100 RPM with 295 LB-FT of Torque at 3000 RPM. The second offering was a 5.9 Liter, 8 cylinder engine that produced 230 Horsepower at at 4000 RPM with 330 LB-FT of Torque at 3250 RPM. The truck came in Rear Wheel Drive or 4 wheel drive.
The 1994 Ram 1500 came in two transmission types; a base 5 speed manual, or an optional 4 speed automatic transmission.
The Ram 1500 came in 4 different trim levels; the WS base trim, ST entry level trim, SLT mid range trim and Laramie luxury trim. The MSRP for the base WS, 2 door single cab with the 3.9 Liter engine in a 5 speed manual was $13,129.
This was a tough looking truck that was released in 1994, sweeping away all of its competition with its tough and rugged look. This was the truck to buy in 1994.
