Here's a full, unedited break from the Tuesday, June 26th, 1984 "Million Dollar Movie" on WOR (channel 9 out of Secaucus, New Jersey, serving the New York City metro area).
An MDM slide leads into an ad for New York-area Sizzler Restaurants, and then Red Buttons has just 42 words to say about Century Village at Pembroke Pines in Florida.
Snapple promotes their fruit juices next (they wouldn't offer tea for a few more years) with a March of Dimes telethon chyron superimposed over the end. Announcer Phil Tonken voices a mid-break slide, after which Michael Countryman emotes for New York/New Jersey Buick Dealers, pushing the second generation of the Skyhawk.
Finally, the Avenue I Flea Market in Brooklyn was giving away "3 genuine Cabbage Patch Dolls" every Friday night that June, well after the initial frenzy of Christmas 1983 had passed.
