I can't say for absolute certain that the woman in this commercial is Christopher Norris, the actress probably best known for her years as "Ripples" on Trapper John M.D., but it sure looks like her to me. Comparing the video to online photos is tricky, because in the 70's she was usually cast as a fresh-faced, girl-next-door type, but she and her roles matured into the 80's. This 1984 Kraft ad for Breyer's Yogurt put her in various outfits, each more eighties than the last.
