The older commercials for Penn Hills resort in the Poconos had the jingle "For lovers only, you're never lonely at Penn Hills..." and "If you're in love, you'll love Penn Hills." This ad aired in August of 1985 (but may be a few years older), and instead the tagline says it's "For couples only... couples like you." Otherwise, it's the same type of scenery: swimming, horseback riding, canoeing, disco dancing, tableside flambéing, etc.
When the last of the resort's co-founders died in 2009, Penn Hills closed shortly after. While the golf course became a nature preserve, what else remains of it has been plagued by fires, floods, looting, and general disrepair.
