Well now! This has been a bit of a challenge! I thought it should work and I have plans to try another one soon!
This was a little longer than normal and I hope you will forgive me! It seemed to me that I could either show how the process went or I could just show pictures of how it turned out! There didn't seem to be a happy medium! So I chose to show the things I came up against and how they were dealt with.
In addition to the valentine's thing here... I have a special celebration going on here too... The counter just turned over 3000 subscribers! My thanks to each and every one of you! And thanks too... to all the good people who have left comments and good wishes... I quite often learn from the comments and the wishes I think are what is making it all possible! Thanks again!
I must say... I was a little surprised at the differences between the Scotch Broom and the Gorse... but like the Broom, Gorse seems to spread to anywhere that isn't watched carefully! I had never seen it here before... but while I was out looking for Broom flowers I came across three patches of Gorse first! As you drive down the road they do look very similar. But I would certainly rather climb through a Broom bush than a Gorse patch!
I should also let you know here that the Fig didn't get the featuring it should have! I will do more Fig in the future... I have a small log of it that I have been trying to figure what best to do with!
But I think next I will have to go back to the practical stuff and make a laptop cat protector! Or would that be a deflector instead?
