Sometimes... when your chickens are too thick... you just have to get tender with them!
An ideal wood for this project would have been Maple... but the Pine feels kind of nice. I may have to look to what other utensils I might need! Might even feel the faint rumblings of a Pine Spurtle!
I am sure that using a table saw set at an angle would have created a much more accurate set of teeth...
But they kind of fit my style of cooking... just a little bit off! Hopefully my Confessions of a Cooking Wood Turner won't offend too many people... I just kind of thought that seeing as that was where the project got started... it should be included!
So here we go... one step out the door and I'll almost be there!!
And then I'll be home again... and looking for something to make be feel better... and I have a feeling I may have t get out to the shop some more!
Maybe I will have to make some of Miguel Sanchez's Snowman Pens... I thought they looked pretty cool!

I don't speak Spanish so it is always an adventure watching his videos and trying to figure out what it is that he is making today! And I always look forward to a new episode!
