Taking a piece of Cedar that had been turned seven years ago into a barber pole and turning it into a barber pole!
This is a way of hanging a picture that keeps it from curling up at the corners like would happen if you hung something tied a string to both corners... The weight of the picture itself would force to bend it! This way the string hangs straight down while the pole absorbs the force!
