While happiness is often seen as the ultimate goal in life, peace and contentment may be more important in the long run.
Happiness is a fleeting emotion that is often dependent on external circumstances, such as success, money, and relationships.
On the other hand, peace and contentment are internal states that can be cultivated regardless of external circumstances.
When we cultivate a sense of inner peace and contentment, we are better equipped to handle life's ups and downs with grace and resilience.
We are less likely to be derailed by setbacks or disappointments, and more likely to maintain a sense of equilibrium and stability.
Additionally, peace and contentment are often accompanied by qualities such as gratitude, compassion, and wisdom, which can lead to greater happiness and fulfillment in the long run.
While happiness is certainly a desirable state, it may be fleeting and dependent on factors beyond our control.
Cultivating inner peace and contentment, on the other hand, is a more sustainable and empowering goal that can lead to greater wellbeing and fulfillment in the long run.

This is a short exercise to see if you have the most common negative belief that people have about themselves.
[TRANSCRIPT]:
Beliefs are deeper than thought, and thought is deeper than emotion.
What is emotion?
Emotion is a physiological response to our thinking.
And so if were tinkering with beliefs that resonate with you, that are true to you, youre going to feel it.
Youre going to feel it somewhere in your body.
Take a deep breath and say, Im not good enough. So what happened there?
Either the words were flat as if you said, I am the color blue, and it didnt make any sense at all, and you didnt feel anything in your body.
Now, if you do have it, if you had that deep feeling somewhere, maybe in your throat or your chest – that heaviness, congratulations! Youre human!
Its okay. This is what humans do.
