There are at least three different ways to clip through steep sloped floor by using your mount. One is the horse musou zip trick that was seen on my previous Dynasty Warriors 7 glitch video, which also works in WO3U. This video shows the other two methods.
0:00 - First of all, simply leaving your mount standing on sloped floor and then pushing against it from below at high speed can help you clip through. The "ceiling" provided by your mount gives your efforts a bit more leverage, allowing you to clip sloped floor without needing such a high velocity as you normally would. This can be done with any of your mounts, but elephant and bear are easier than horse in my opinion.
0:51 - the bear is particularly unique. I noticed that with some setups that all you need to clip through the floor is to run against the bear at high speed. This means that essentially any character with a high enough running speed can now do sloped floor clip, making this rather esoteric trick much more accessible. (It's still not guaranteed it will be useful in speedruns, though...)
1:02 - second method involves a tactical dismounting while the mount's back-left side is against some collision like a railing. You can use the repelling force of the railing and the mount to "zip" you at a high enough speed upstairs that you clip through the floor. The positioning is easier to do with characters like Momiji and Hundun who leap a maximally long distance away from the horse when dismounting.
This is doable with elephant too, but much more precise since elephant is a taller mount than bear. I couldn't do it with a horse at all.
Unfortunately, neither of these methods seem to be helpful in breaching only moderately sloped floor or shorter staircases.
To note, most methods of sloped floor clipping becomes easier at a lower frame rate, so keep vsync at 30 if you want to try it out.
