Tricep nightmare fuel... "Walking" Bodyweight Tricep Extensions.
This is definitely an advanced variation of the bodyweight tricep extension because of how you're almost doing single arm extensions to walk your hands up the bar.
The two bars provide a "track" so that you can walk up and down the bars. As well, the neutral grip is easier on the elbows.

If you're not ready for what I'm doing with the walking, try it without moving your hands...do two-arm bodyweight extensions just towards the top of the bar.
The angle of the bars and the neutral grip will definitely challenge your triceps.
