Big time leg day problems incoming... these are Up-And-Down-The-Rack Squats.

(and just to be clear, this method is NOT science-based...this is "trust me, bro")

One set of these is ALL you need to do for legs that day, because it's going to hit every major muscle fiber type that you've got AND you're going to be able to push until those fibers have nothing left to give.

You're going to start with a light weight (I started with 155 lbs) for a fairly high rep set (25 reps).

The ONLY rest you get is the time it takes to switch weights...total work time is about 10 minutes.

On the last set, you will be swear that you can feel the individual muscles fibers in your legs all the way up and down on every rep.
