Your mind is like a thought generating machine. Sometimes the material it comes up with can hook you. Often times though we don't think about how our minds hook us and instead focus on why we were hooked. In this exercise I encourage you to pay attention to your hooks, notice them on purpose to free you in choosing what you'll do next!
