Day three of the 30 day challenge focuses on working with your legs and hips, we of course do not neglect the rest of the body. Please have a few small blankets or towels handy if you don't have yoga blocks so that you can support yourself in this practice. This is especially necessary if you have stiffness or mobility issues. Personally, I have difficulty with not hyperextending my hip flexors. If I over do it in a yoga practice such as todays, my hips will be so tight I can barely get up.
