So your Catholic organization has never had video before – but you’re ready to start leveraging this powerful tool to further your mission.
Here are the first two videos that every single Catholic group should have - from dioceses, to churches, to schools, to bookshops.
First - what we call the social introduction. This is a short, 60 to 90 second video that is geared toward people who have never heard of you before. It focuses on the “why” of your organization. Why is what you do important? How are you impacting your community, lifting up those you serve, or changing the world? This gets posted on your social channels and regularly boosted to reach new audiences. It can also be used in other advertising, like TV or YouTube.
Next - the website introduction. This is a more in-depth, 2 to 4 minute video that is geared towards people who want to know more about you or to get involved. It talks first about the “why,” but then explains the “how” and “what.” How do you accomplish your mission? What activities are you doing? What will this person gain by getting involved? This video is posted to your website. It can also be used as a “next step” in communication and sent to anyone who inquires or subscribes to a newsletter.
With those two videos, the social and website introductions, you are setting yourself up to both cultivate and nurture relationships, and consequently, supercharge your mission.
Like and subscribe to get more mission-driven marketing tips. And let us help you to grow your outreach with video.
