Train Derails After Hitting Semi Parked on Tracks (Full Recovery)! Believe it or not, this is our 3rd train job this year alone! I wonder, when are people going to understand the train always wins lol. Why this was parked here, beats me. We never got an answer, but we did show up to clear the scene and get the tracks open again.
It would have been awesome if we also got the job to put the train back on the tracks, but the company had their own cranes for that part. Of all days, this happened on 4th of July as well. Alex was first on scene in our 75ton rotator, Big Flipper. He was accompanied by Cesar in my truck, HULK, and Richard in our heavy wrecker.
Tons and tons of standby time on this job, which is nothing new. Alex had over 3 hours of footage and with all the editing out of standby time, I got the video down to just under an hour. Hopefully everyone enjoys all the different angles Alex caught just to show the kind of labor involved on such a serious accident wreck as this.
